Text of Secret Ballot Protection Act now online

The Secret Ballot Protection Act, introduced by Rep. Charles Norwood (R-GA) along with 69 co-sponsors on February 7, 2007, is now online HERE.  The Bill, which has virtually no chance of passing, would make it an unfair labor practice for an employer to recognize a union without a secret ballot election conducted by the National Labor Relations Board and for a union to "cause or attempt to cause" an employer to do so.
