President's Statement of Administrative Policy Promises Veto of EFCA

The White House today issued a Statement of Administrative Policy on the Employee Free Choice Act:

If H.R. 800 were presented to the President, he would veto the bill. 

The Administration opposes any effort to circumvent supervised elections and private balloting.
