Senate Hearings Likely Before Easter Recess

Senate staffers have advised EFCA Updates that the Senate Health, Labor, and Pensions Committee (HELP) is expected to hold Hearings on the Employee Free Choice Act sometime next week, before Congress begins its Easter Recess on March 30.  Senator Kennedy is expected to introduce the Senate version of the bill at or before those Hearings.

EFCA Updates will report new developments as soon as they occur.
