Carter Wood of the National Association of Manufaturers reports that the AFL-CIO's Building and Construction Trades Deptartment is holding its 2007 Legislative Conference in Washington, DC March 26-28 and that a "Rally For American Workers" will take place on the West Lawn of the U.S. Capitol Building Building on Tuesday, March 27 -- the same day as the Senate Hearings on the Employee Free Choice Act.
