Report: Senate action underway

Washington insiders report that Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid filed a motion tonight to bring the Employee Free Choice Act to the Senate floor. Our sources now indicate that a lively debate will occur before a cloture vote is taken.  While Republican staffers still feel confident that the measure will fail,  they expect a considerable amount of maneuvering by the Majority Leader over the next several days.
