We are pleased to announce that veteran Labor & Employment attorney Seth Borden has joined Kilpatrick Stockton’s New York office effective June 1, 2008. In addition to his considerable talents as an attorney, Seth brings excellent blogging credentials to his new post. Those blogging credentials will be put to immediate use, as the rather intense legal issues at Foxwoods Resort Casino have caused me to neglect WorkplaceHorizons.com over the last few months.
