Department of Defense Issues Final Whistleblower-Protection Rule Covering Contractor Employees
On November 19, 2009, the Department of Defense (DoD) published a final rule regarding whistleblower protections for federal contractors' employees who disclose to government officials information concerning waste or mismanagement, dangers to public health or safety, or violations of law relating to a DoD contract.
